Lemon, honey and ginger.

 Lemon-Ginger Flat Belly Drink
It’s amazing how a few simple ingredients can keep you fit and healthy. Why warm water? Because warm water aids digestion. Drink it first thing in the morning and get your digestive system off to a great start. Lemons are not only rich in vitamins, but also function in digestive and liver cleansing, which aids in weight loss. Ginger is a natural detoxifier and helps to kickstart the metabolism.

    Combine 1 cup of warm (not hot) water with the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon,1 knob of ginger, grated and add a tsp of honey. As simple as that.
 Drink up on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and wait for 30mins to an hour before eating breakfast.

Please Note
1. Never skip your meal, especially breakfast. 
2. It's better to eat several times than eating one heavy meal. Eat often and less to keep metabolism going.
3. Eat 3hrs to bedtime.
4. Replace alcohol with water.

Heard so much about this ginger drink of a thing.  Even tried it severally.  Can't really  see any difference  still.

At times, I agree but one can still control and avoid eating late. Even when you do, trying staying up for few hours before bed.

It all depends on how u go about it. Or maybe u should try it with green tea before breakfast. First thing in the morning and last thing at nite.
